I’ve never seen it, but they have been found on potatoes and peppers too.
I know that in the future, whenever the subject of Horn Worms comes up,I’m going to re-tell the story about your Mom’s dachshund for sure! What a dog!

She had a dachshund that used to pick them off the plants and eat them……..yummy.

So far this season I’ve only found a couple. They’re very fond of moonflowers too.

I make the husband squish them, but at least I don’t make him eat them.
