VICKI: You really should try to grow garlic, it’s a lot of fun. Yes, we do mulch them. If you look back in the archive, you will find a few posts on garlic. When I get some time , I will try to organize the blog so you can find topics easier.

I plan on watching for a post on LunaPierCook blog to learn the proper technique for roasting garlic.

Do you mulch them? If so, what do you use for mulch? Grass clippings are out, to much crab grass here and if we don’t get some rain, I may not have to mow again until April.

Have you found that there are better varieties for our zone?
